In three simple steps.

Print Templates and Get Creative!

Download our plate template directly from our website and print on standard 8.5″ x 11″ paper. Instruct students to express their creativity and imagination but pay attention to the instructions on the template. Background colors should extend out to the circle while keeping important elements 1/4″ away from the edge.

Upload Your Designs

Once your students have completed their art, it’s time to scan and upload the files to your Platecasso account. Follow these steps:

    1. Scan artwork templates using a minimum of 300 PPI.
    2. Log in and select the fundraiser on your Fundraisers page.
    3. Click “Upload Templates” and select the scanned template files.
    4. Once cropped to a circle, files are ready for proofing approval.

Transfer Designs to Plates

After you approve the uploaded designs, we will begin the printing and production. Our team will handle this process, ensuring that each design is accurately decorated on the plate using food-safe dyes.
